Parking Management Automation

We design, develop and deploy low cost, automated vehicle parking management systems that enable properties of all sizes to access high-tech parking tools.

Introducing Centinel Parking

Centinel Systems’ automated parking manager – or simply “Centinel Parking” is a cloud-based system that enables quality “self-service” car parking management with zero capital required and a simple and easy to use user interface to landlords, property managers and anyone working with parking.

Why Centinel Parking?

Most modern properties manage their parking using familiar electronic parking systems such as: electronic boom gates attached to tag readers, fee ticket machines if they charge for short term parking, manual cashiers or automatic payment machines.

Most of these electronic systems work great but come at high capital costs which limit their uses to only the buildings and locations with high income properties or stronger economies.

Centinel addresses this need for low-cost parking management by using open-source Automatic License Plate Recognition (ALPR) software. This approach allows parking facilities to either:

  • Avoid costly specialist hardware-based parking systems or
  • Provide simple online back-up data to supplement existing complicated parking systems.

How Centinel Parking Works

Cameras placed at the entrance and exits of parking facilities record live footage.

Centinel Parking then processes this footage in real time on site and converts it into digital vehicle data.

This is stored in the cloud, available to the user from any device through the web app.
